We have left behind 2018 and in the process gotten exposed to some wonderful automobiles out in the world throughout the course of the year. In this article, we will take a look at bespoke Rolls-Royce motor cars that left a lasting impression on account of their unique customizations.
When it comes to Rolls-Royce cars, the only thing that limits your customization is your imagination. Rolls-Royce can, and will, go to the ends of the earth to bring you what you need in your car. This reflects in the multitudes of cars from the British firm that roll around the streets of the world.
The Rolls-Royce Dawn Black Badge features a classy aero cowling behind the rear seats that just adds finesse to the silhouette of the car.
Abu Dhabi Motors, the distributor of Rolls-Royce cars in the capital of the UAE, has seen a lot of bespoke cars of the brand come and go through its facility. The first of these in 2018 was the Black Badge Wraith Adamas finished in Aphrodite Red upper two-tone paint. It has a starlight headliner in diamond theme with 1,340 fibre optic lights woven in with the fabric.
Next up is the Black Badge Wraith Adamas in dual-tone upper Morpheus Blue, followed by the Black Badge Dawn in Aphrodite Red dual-tone finish. Rolls-Royce sent to Abu Dhabi a rather tasteful Ghost as well. It is the only one of its kind in the world, called the Ghost Private Jet Edition, One of One. It gets a snow-white base colour with a black contrasting hood and roof, with the interiors echoing the colour scheme.
The next Rolls in the bespoke lineup is a little peculiar, but no less attractive for it. The Rolls-Royce Wraith Luminary Edition wears a Sunburst Gray paint finish with a truly bespoke coach line adorning both its sides.
You see, all Rolls-Royce cars leaving the factory are treated to the coach line treatment by one resident expert. This man, Mark Court, came up with an artistic derivative of the coach line that still needs one stroke end-to-end. As if managing that feat was not enough, he mirrored the coach line to perfection on the other side too! Only 55 such cars were built worldwide.
The Rolls-Royce Wraith Pearl Diver has one of the most intriguing dashboards of any car we've seen till date.
Then there is the stunning Wraith Pearl Diver that showcases the undertones of the sea a diver might witness on his underwater sojourn. Another Black Badge Dawn made its way to Abu Dhabi Motors, featuring a bespoke, tasteful aero cowling over the rear seats. Another Rolls-Royce Dawn incorporates musical elements in its design. The owner of this particular car wanted to showcase his inspiration derived from music on his Dawn.
Lastly, Rolls-Royce launched the first-ever SUV in its history of existence: the Rolls-Royce Cullinan. One such example was delivered from Abu Dhabi Motors, finished in a rich, deep purple hue with matching interiors.
To sum it all up, Abu Dhabi Motors’ journey in 2018 has been exciting, colourful, and of course, bespoke. Rolls-Royce and its distributor in the UAE are ready for more customers in 2019 with a vast set of customization options at hand.
