Eight days, 2,000 kilometres, two countries – that’s the scale of Electric Vehicle Roadtrip Middle East. Global EVRT will be kicking off GCC’s biggest EV rally from Abu Dhabi and travel all the way to Muscat, Oman before returning to the UAE’s capital. AMENA Auto is a proud partner of EVRT Middle East.

The EVRT Middle East is bigger, better, and more sustainable this time around. Chevrolet, Renault, and Tesla are once again vehicle partners for the road trip that will flag off from the World Future Energy Summit (WFES) at ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre) on Thursday, 17th January.

Roadtrippers at EVRT Middle East will be participating in three eMobility forums, one each in Abu Dhabi, Muscat, and Dubai.

Ben Pullen, CEO of Global EVRT, speaks about the rally, “Following a cultural tour of the UAE capital, our drivers will descend on Yas Marina in the evening to take part in the first ever EV Drag Race at the iconic F1 circuit where the electric power pioneers will take on their gas guzzling cousins in a race to the finish.”

Spread over eight days of adventure, the Chevrolet Bolt EV, Renault Zoe, and Tesla cars will demonstrate just how far electric vehicle technology has come and why now is the time to upgrade to such cars and reduce your carbon footprint.

Pullen continued: “Along with our awesome Vehicle Partners, we are honoured to work with Jumeirah Group as our official Hotel Partner and give our roadtrippers, media and VIPs luxury accommodation.” EVRT has also got on board Anghami, a music app, to bring the ultimate tunes at its events and in the cars.

Sustainable City UAE

Tesla, Chevrolet, and Renault are official vehicle partners of EVRT Middle East.

EVRT Middle East will flag off from the first e-Mobility Forum of this year in Abu Dhabi and travel to the next Forum in Muscat on 20th January. On its return journey, it will attend the eMobility Forum Dubai on 24th January to educate consumers and inspire the shift to sustainable travel.
