GMC has announced the launch of 2019 Acadia in the Middle East. Available in five-, six- and seven-seat configurations, the Acadia enters the mid-size SUV segment with a bag full of features and lightweight chassis.

In addition to the top-class Denali models, the Acadia will be available in SL, SLE and SLT trims. GMC has included a host of new features giving the new Acadia better off-roading capabilities. An AWD All-Terrain trim with Active Twin Clutch optimizes traction over challenging terrain.

The 2019 GMC Acadia will be available in the Middle East in 10 exterior colours varying across different models and trims.

At the heart of the new Acadia is a 3.6-litre V6 engine that delivers 310hp through a six-speed automatic transmission. This is coupled with GMCs Active Fuel Management (AFM) technology for better fuel efficiency that is rated at 8.9kpl. Also new in 2019 Acadia’s engine is direct injection, variable valve timing as well as cylinder deactivation that improves the fuel efficiency while keeping an apt amount of power on tap.

The new Acadia comes with a sumptuous safety package including Front Pedestrian Braking, Surround Vision camera system, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Change Alert and Front and Rear Parking Assist. Similarly full is the bag of tech on the Acadia which comes with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with GMC’s IntelliLink system, navigation, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The 2019 GMC Acadia will be available in the Middle East in 10 exterior colours varying across different models and trims. Additionally, the mid-size SUV sits on 17-inch Gloss Black Aluminium wheels.
