The Emirates Motor Company (EMC) began its journey back in 1962, when it was established as Abu Dhabi’s first state-of-the-art car dealership. Located on the Airport Road, it quickly became a landmark in the emirate, featuring a large Three-Pointed Star that was prominently visible on the roof of the dealership. Eventually, as the years rolled by, sales picked up pace and soon enough, Emirates Motor Company and Abu Dhabi became synonymous with the Mercedes-Benz brand within the region.

With the ever-growing demand for Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the UAE, Al Fahim Group, the parent company of EMC realised the need for an even larger, purpose-built facility. The new facility would not only help customers of the brand in a more efficient and timely manner, but would also help convey the commitment of the Emirates Motor Company towards its customers, better. So, the time came for EMC to inaugurate its latest and most grandiose Mercedes-Benz facility in the firm’s history. Located in the Mussafah District of Abu Dhabi, this new facility would soon go on to dwarf any other such structure built before it or since.

The combination of the glass exterior and the incoming natural lighting helps lift the ambience of the place, boosting not just the morale of the workforce but also elevating the customer experience. The facility also includes high-tech panoramic lifts, an air-conditioned drive-in reception area, a well-catered food court, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet connectivity. Customers here also have the ability to monitor their Mercedes-Benz vehicles being serviced, while remaining in the pleasant comfort of a dedicated, air-conditioned viewing area.
