GForces MENA is celebrating five years of successful market growth with a move to Dubai’s recently inaugurated Innovation Hub, situated in Internet City. The business park is spread over 1.8 million square feet, featuring a vibrant group of companies focused on technology, new media, smart education, and sciences.

GForces has delivered the region’s first automotive e-commerce platforms and strengthened its digital foothold across MENA in the last five years. Expansion of the Innovation Hub provides good news for the region by creating jobs to meet the growing demands of the automotive sector.

Part of our success in the region results from increasing demand for e-commerce, as automotive businesses acknowledge the changing needs and expectations of car buyers. We’ve also had the benefit of having five years to build long-term relationships with the region’s key automotive brands and businesses, and this investment in our Dubai office will reassure them of our expertise and ongoing commitment to the region,” says Asim Husain, Regional Managing Director, GForces MENA.

GForces opened its first MENA office in 2014, and the shift to Innovation Hub follows five years of growth and collaboration with many of the key regional industry stakeholders. NetDirector, a proprietary platform and its associated software developed by the firm now supports 1,600 locations, including numerous brands and businesses across the Gulf region.

Asim Husain, Regional Managing Director, GForces MENA, says, “Part of GForces’ success in the region results from increasing demand for ecommerce, as automotive businesses acknowledge the changing needs and expectations of car buyers.

“We’ve also had the benefit of having five years to build long-term relationships with the region’s key automotive brands and businesses, and this investment in our Dubai office will reassure them of our expertise and ongoing commitment to the region.”

The new Innovation Hub offices provide a much more welcoming environment in which to host client meetings and workshops. A dedicated technology display area serves the purpose of showcasing the company’s innovations. Collaborative working spaces create a new dynamic environment for the staff. GForces actively encourages and nurtures homegrown talent, with the MENA office acting as a base for a dedicated team of experts in digital automotive.

Improved service and ongoing specialist support are welcomed by key clients such as Al Masaood Automobiles. “GForces has delivered numerous successful projects over the course of our long-term partnership,” explains Kyle Gilliam, Sales and Marketing Director, Al Masaood Automobiles.

“GForces has proven themselves to be a diligent and proactive provider, and we recognise the commitment to the region their move to the Innovation Hub represents. We look forward to seeing the rewards this move to a more creatively-focused environment.”

The new office spaces integrate GForces into a community of businesses facilitating the creation of ideas, networking, knowledge-sharing and dynamic industry events. This echoes the commitments of the firm as a global entity, adopting cutting-edge methodologies to bring e-commerce to automotive businesses worldwide.
