WOMEN IN AUTOMOTIVE FORUM
Bringing together the movers and shakers of the automotive industry to explore how female professionals and consumers can be supported and empowered in new and progressive ways.
December 5 | 7 pm – 10 pm
The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC
The Women In Automotive Forum will feature voices and insights of a diverse range of female luminaries and male allies from inside and outside the automotive industry in a series of initiative spotlights and panel discussions.
A number of themes and hot topics will be covered, focusing on tangible progress we can and need to make. With women starting to drive in Saudi Arabia, rapidly changing consumer behaviours and expectations, and an increasing number of female professionals feeling stressed and overwhelmed, this Forum couldn’t come at a better time.
Following the Forum, a special whitepaper will be published outlining relevant takeaways as well as proposed actions for the industry.
1. Increase Gender Diversity In The Automotive Industry
Assess and identify where we are behind and provide resources and opportunities so that more women can enter and succeed in the automotive industry.
2. Highlight and Enable Women In Leadership Positions
Provide a platform for women leaders and male allies to gather and highlight role models in and around the automotive industry and share their stories with women everywhere.
3. Reaching and Serving Female Consumers Today and Tomorrow
Overcome traditional misconceptions and share global best practices and success stories of selling to and supporting female consumers in new and innovative ways.
